I started my career on Wall Street and quickly pivoted into crypto and digital assets. If you’re trying to pivot into fintech or digital assets, you’ve probably already realized how confusing money, tech, and crypto can be.
I’ve seen the ups and downs of the industry, but I’ve still made it my niche in terms of career development and education. When I was working on Wall Street, I finally saw how the financial system works behind the scenes — not the version people post about online, but the real one. Who gets access. Who gets patience. Who gets a second chance.

But more importantly, I’ve lived the in-between phase most people don’t talk about: the underpaid years, the side hustles, and the constant recalibration between ambition, identity, and sustainability.
That realization changed everything for me.
I didn’t want to just climb a ladder. I wanted leverage - skills, income, and knowledge that couldn’t be taken away from me. So I moved into fintech and crypto, started building, and began documenting what I was learning in real time.
What started as notes for myself turned into Femme Finance. I am so excited to share everything I've learned over the years to help others who are trying to navigate this crazy space!
